BC PTB Licensed
We hold a valid Special Authorization license from the BC Passenger Transportation Board (PTB), legally allowing us to operate commercial passenger vehicles in British Columbia.
Commercial Insurance
Our entire fleet carries proper ICBC commercial insurance and $5 Million in commercial general liability coverage to protect our passengers fully.
Our Safety Protocols
Class 4 Chauffeurs
Every driver must hold a valid BC Class 4 (or higher) commercial driver's license. They undergo comprehensive criminal record checks, regular abstract reviews, and specialized defensive driving training.
Rigorous Vehicle Inspections
Our vehicles undergo strict bi-annual Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement (CVSE) inspections at designated facilities. Furthermore, our drivers complete daily pre-trip and post-trip safety checks.
No Subcontracting Policy
When you book with us, you ride with us. We never "farm out" or subcontract your booking to unverified third-party operators. We maintain strict control over the quality and safety of your ride.
A Warning to Consumers
Be wary of "limo services" offering rates drastically below the market average. These are often "gypsy" operators driving without PTB licenses or commercial insurance. If an unlicensed vehicle is involved in an accident, passengers may have no coverage. Always ask to see a company's PTB license before booking.
