Terms of Service

1. Reservations & Deposits

All reservations require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your vehicle and date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. For airport transfers booked less than 48 hours in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the service date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are subject to the full contracted amount. Airport transfer cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.

In the rare event that Abbotsford Limo Service must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (mechanical failure, severe weather, etc.), we will provide a full refund or arrange an equivalent alternative vehicle at no additional charge.

3. Overtime & Wait Time

Hourly bookings are based on the confirmed start and end times. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. For airport pickups, a complimentary 45-minute wait period is included after the scheduled landing time. Additional wait time may be billed at the applicable rate.

4. Passenger Conduct & Damages

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their booking period. A cleaning fee of $250–$500 will be charged for excessive mess (vomit, spills, etc.). All vehicles are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping). Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only with a valid Special Occasion License (SOL) per BC law. All passengers must be of legal drinking age (19+). The company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk or acts disruptively.

5. Minimum Hours

Hourly service is subject to the following minimums: Sedans — 2 hours; Stretch Limousines and SUVs — 3 hours; Party Buses — 4 hours. Airport transfers are exempt and operate on flat-rate pricing. See our Pricing page for detailed rates.

6. Liability

Abbotsford Limo Service carries $5 Million in commercial general liability insurance and is fully licensed by the BC Passenger Transportation Board. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service in the event of any service disruption. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, extreme weather, or acts of nature.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under BC jurisdiction.
